The Counselors and Staff of Principles Recovery Program agree to conduct ourselves in accord with the Code of Ethics stated herein.

 1.   We are dedicated to the belief  in the dignity of all human beings.

 2.   We pledge to provide service for the welfare and betterment  of
        all members of society.

 3.   To promote and assist in the recovery of all persons regardless of
       ability to pay, without regards to race, color, creed, national origin,
       age, sex, sexual preference, religion, marital satus, residence,
       political affiliation, mental or physical disability.

 4.   We will maintain an appropriate supportive relationship with all
       persons served. We will NOT become involved financialy,
       romantically or sexually with any program participant. This non
       involvement policy extends for two years after last professional
       contact.

 5.   We will not commit any act of violence, threat of violence, or be
       involved in any other form of abuse upon any person served or
       fellow workers.

 6.   We will not engage in any activitywhere personal conduct, including
        inappropriate use of alcohol and other mind altering drugs is likely
        to impair service or violate the law.

 7.   To follow strictly all established rules and laws regarding  clients
       confidentiality of all records, material and information .

 8.   We will respect and follow organizational policies and procedures,
       rights of other staff members, cooperate with management and
       other agencies.

 9.   We will regularly work to improve our personal and professional
       skills with continuing education and sharing of experiences with
       fellow workers
